I believe in the power of being honest with yourself and with others is essential. I’m not here to sugarcoat the journey, because real growth demands raw truth. My journey REQUIRED it. It’s why I’m still here.

Since July 2007, I’ve lived in continuous sobriety. I didn’t get here by hiding from my past. I got here by facing it head-on and embracing every messy, meaningful, and powerful part of it. I’ve done the work. The deep work. The kind that cracks you open and shows you what you’re really made of.

Some of the things I’ve overcome? Neglect. Trauma. Sex work. Rape. Eating disorders. Alcohol and drug addiction. So yes, I can relate. I’m someone who lives for really good food. I am also someone who is deeply intuitive, and says yes to spontaneous adventures (usually).
*Side note: gluten hates me (thanks to Celiac disease) and I’m also allergic to dairy. But hey, life’s about adapting and thriving, right?

I had to reject the fears and doubts that once held me back, one at a time. Through that process, I’ve stayed sex-positive, open-minded and fully connected to my purpose: creating real connection with others, emotionally, physically, and soulfully.
My why has and always will be rooted in transformation. I believe kindness matters. But let’s be clear: kindness isn’t soft. It’s strong. 

I went back to school to learn how to ground my lived experience in evidence-based, professional tools that support real, lasting change – now, as a Trauma-Informed Certified Life Coach (and a lifelong learner) I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals who are done playing small, tired of living half-truths, and ready to let go of the shame that was never theirs to carry in the first place.

I’m direct. I say what needs to be said, with heart, not hesitation. Life’s too short for guessing games. And just so we’re clear:
